Service Advisor

This is your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Centre Niederbayern is looking for a Service Advisor to strengthen our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for selling service packages, parts, and accessories, as well as providing customer support and advice throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

• Sell service packages, parts, and accessories to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and create orders
• Prepare vehicle handovers
• Provide customer support throughout the service process
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completed technical training, preferably as a certified service advisor
• Relevant work experience is desirable
• Structured and independent working style
• Professional appearance and strong customer orientation
• High team and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and acting
• High quality and punctuality
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid driving license (class B)
