SMB Acquisition Associate

Neighbor is growing rapidly and looking for an SMB Acquisition Associate to build and own the outbound sales motion for small businesses and high-potential residential property owners. The successful candidate will develop the playbook, lead a team of 3–4 part-time interns to execute it, and partner closely with various teams to turn leads into successful hosts on Neighbor.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential host profiles and prioritize them for outreach
• Design and execute the sales motion to convert leads, leveraging AI and leading a team of interns
• Streamline the onboarding process for interested hosts
• Track host performance post-onboarding and refine targeting and outreach tactics
• Own the success of the hosts and grow revenue

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Track record of sales success
• Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
• Experience leading people or projects
• Ability to leverage AI across the sales process
