1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:

  • Account information: email address and name, provided via our authentication provider (Clerk)
  • Billing information: payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers
  • Usage data: feed configurations, job counts, and feature usage to operate the Service

We do not display, sell, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. All analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

4. Cookies

YubHub uses only essential cookies required for authentication (session management via Clerk). We do not use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate YubHub:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management
  • Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
  • Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure
  • Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics (no personal data collected)

6. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our systems. Stripe acts as a data processor and is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (feeds, jobs, usage records) is permanently removed. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Request data portability

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and hosting on Cloudflare's infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Children

YubHub is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
