Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using YubHub ("the Service"), operated by Houtini Ltd (company number 16683235, registered at Timberly, South Street, Axminster, Devon, EX13 5AD, United Kingdom), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YubHub is a job feed platform that discovers, scrapes, and enriches job listings from publicly available careers pages. The Service generates structured XML feeds from this data.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Use the Service to scrape or collect data in violation of any third party's terms of service

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP or USD depending on your location. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Data and Content

Job listings processed by the Service are sourced from publicly available careers pages. YubHub does not claim ownership of the underlying job listing content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated feeds complies with applicable laws and the terms of the source websites.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houtini Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
