Sales Trainee - Allentown

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Allentown. This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager, and maintain customer relationships with large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training program to develop skills and knowledge of Red Bull products and distribution
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans and communicate with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers
• Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage
