The Porsche Centre Koblenz sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. Our goal is to continue this success and provide our customers with optimal service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as a full-time Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Porsche service core process (appointment scheduling, appointment preparation, vehicle acceptance, steering repair/service services into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, post-preparation of appointments)
  • Conduct direct acceptance and inform customers about work to be carried out on the vehicle
  • Invoice service orders and explain invoices
  • Actively sell service services, parts, and accessories
  • Handover repaired vehicles and explain work carried out on the vehicle and invoice
  • Maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably as a master mechanic (m/w/d) or certified service advisor (m/w/d)
  • Experience as a service advisor is desirable
  • Certification as a recognised automotive service advisor is advantageous
  • Good organisational skills as well as negotiation skills and very good communication skills
  • Pronounced customer orientation, high team ability, and flexibility
  • Experience in dealing with Cross is advantageous
  • Class B driving licence
