Description
We are seeking a Strategic Core Account Executive to join our team in Monterrey. As a Strategic Core Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing designated accounts and expanding consumption within existing businesses. You will have a direct influence on the data strategy of the most transformative companies and communicate periodically with senior management at Databricks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assigning resources from Databricks to increase consumption of existing accounts
- Meeting with executive directors to understand how Databricks can impact commercial results
- Consistently exceeding activity, customer portfolio, and revenue targets
- Using a creative and rapid problem-solving approach to sell and create value for customers
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a native Spanish speaker with business-level fluency in English. You should also have a passion for selling a highly technical cloud product and over 5 years of experience with open-source technologies and value-based sales.
Additionally, you should have a proven track record of influencing effectively in decision-making between developing or buying, experience in data, AI, cloud, or SaaS sales, and a history of consistently exceeding sales quotas, ideally focused on driving incremental consumption.
