This is a unique sales role that involves working with homeowners across the United States. As a Growth Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners who are considering using Belong's services. Your role will be to diagnose the homeowner's situation, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
You will be working with a team of professionals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into signed agreements and scheduling complimentary home inspections. Your follow-up cadence will be surgical, with scheduled callbacks, targeted macros, and wealth analysis sharing.
As a Growth Advisor, you will be expected to represent the Belong brand at the highest standard. You will speak the Belong language, which includes using terms such as 'homeowners' instead of 'landlords,' 'homes' instead of 'units,' and 'residents' instead of 'tenants.'
You will contribute to the machine by coordinating the handoff into the system, scheduling inspections, setting expectations for the report review meeting, and documenting everything in Foundation and Salesforce. You will also flag friction in the sales funnel and surface it with a recommendation.
The ideal candidate will be a natural diagnostician who listens before talking. They will be relentlessly curious about technology and genuinely excited about what AI makes possible. They will be competitive in the right way, wanting to win but earning it. They will take ownership seriously, not passing problems down the hall. They will be obsessed with learning and care about the humans on the other end of the phone.
The requirements for this role include 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, customer-facing roles, or anything that required earning trust quickly and moving people to action. Advanced English proficiency is required, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort with data and digital tools is also necessary, including Salesforce, CRMs, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
