This is your chance to join Porsche. We're looking for a sales consultant to strengthen our team at Porsche Zentrum Soest. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for advising customers on spare parts and accessories, supporting marketing and customer actions, and selling spare parts, equipment, and accessories with technical advice.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing expert advice to customers on Porsche Design and Porsche Lifestyle products
• Supporting marketing and customer actions
• Selling spare parts, equipment, and accessories with technical advice
• Telephone and personal customer service
• Processing incoming orders
• Disposing of spare parts, managing inventory, and invoicing
• Coordinating warranty and goodwill
• Returning and storing defective items
• Active support in designing and implementing sales promotion measures
• Close cooperation with other departments such as sales, workshop, and marketing to ensure smooth customer care
