Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build relationships and drive sponsorship revenue for our sustainable finance and investment conference portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years dedicated to B2B event sales within the conference environment, with a particular emphasis on high-value sponsorship sales. They will have a deep understanding and experience within conference-led events, with a focus on events centered around climate and sustainability themes, such as sustainable investment, ESG, energy, finance, and transportation.
Key responsibilities include maximising revenue through sponsorship sales, identifying and securing new clients, account managing existing clients, and achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for their products, have a track record of success, and a demonstratable interest in sustainability.
