Service Assistant/Guest Host (m/w/d) for Porsche Centre Lüneburg

Here's your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Centre Lüneburg is looking for a Service Assistant/Guest Host to join our team. As a Service Assistant/Guest Host, you will create a first-class impression for our customers with friendliness, attention, and professionalism.

Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming customers personally and over the phone, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the service area.
• Planning appointments and coordinating the daily schedule with the service team, while keeping track of customer wishes, contact persons, and order status.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, providing refreshments, and presenting the Porsche brand in a stylish way.
• Acting as a central interface between service, sales, and parts, ensuring that all relevant information is quickly and accurately passed on.
• Informing customers about current offers and services, and supporting with administrative tasks such as customer data management, appointment preparation, and invoice creation.
• Taking care of replacement vehicles, accompanying vehicle handovers, and conducting satisfaction calls. You will also engage actively in marketing activities and the sale of Porsche Lifestyle products.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an automotive salesperson (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Enjoy interacting with people and welcoming guests.
• Structured, reliable, and quality-oriented approach, with a talent for organisation and high service standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of C@P, PIWIS, or PPN being.ds an advantage.
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, with additional languages being a plus.
