Description

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales and account management team responsible for the South Tyrol market. Your goal will be to grow our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquire new hosts, and build long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
  • Continuing to build and strengthen the Holidu brand presence in your area.
  • Working together with the Head of Sales & Account Management and providing feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
  • Regularly going on customer visits together with your team members.

We are looking for a leader with a strong background in sales and/or account management, who has a proven track record of achieving and overachieving targets. You should have natural leadership skills, a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members, and a very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach.

In addition, you should have near-native German and fluent English skills, as well as previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent. Experience in a fast-growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
