Description
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. This role involves building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency. They will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
- Identifying new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape
To succeed in this role, you will need 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms. You will also need a proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
