As a Disponent/Bürokaufmann Fahrzeugbestellung, you will be responsible for:
Organising and processing new and used car orders for the Porsche brand Ensuring the smooth and timely availability of new cars Checking and issuing invoices for new and used cars Applying for and monitoring applications for manufacturer incentives and subsidies Preparing vehicle registrations and workshop orders Being the point of contact for sales staff on dispositions-related matters
Requirements:
Completed commercial training, e.g. as an Automotive Salesperson (m/f/d) or Office Manager (m/f/d) Previous experience as a Disponent (m/f/d) in an auto dealership is desirable Proficient in common MS Office applications Strong teamwork and communication skills Independent and meticulous working style
