As an Assistent Service, you will be responsible for planning service appointments, managing customer replacement vehicles, and performing tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager or Service Advisors. You will also be in charge of monitoring and controlling the capacity planner, welcoming and caring for our customers, providing telephone information about service offerings and promotions, preparing and coordinating service appointments with Service Advisors and the internal service department, maintaining customer data and checking vehicle documents, preparing and explaining service invoices, and supporting marketing activities such as mailings and customer satisfaction surveys.
