Your future team
Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps holiday home owners manage their properties efficiently and list them on various channels. You will be part of our Baltic Sea team and work alongside our North Sea team in our beautiful office in Hamburg. You will also make regular business trips in the region. Both your team lead and direct colleagues will support you during your onboarding with advice and assistance, making your entry into the Holidu world smooth.
And by the way: You will always find the perfect cold drink in the fridge for your well-deserved evening.
Our office is located in a WeWork in the heart of the city - with free barista service included!
This is a remote position with a residence in the Rostock region or surrounding area (Germany). For regular meetings, you will visit the team in Hamburg once a quarter for 4-5 days.
Your role in this journey
Become part of Holidu and continuously develop our portfolio of holiday homes.
Take on a key role in our DMO projects and convert leads into new customers.
Proactively contact hosts and find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs (using all common sales methods: cold calling, inbound leads, referrals, etc.).
Maintain individual customer relationships through product presentations both on-site and remotely and build your own network.
Collect feedback from your customers independently and support us in developing our processes and product in exchange with other departments.
Carefully review your activities and keep an eye on the monthly goals.
Take responsibility for smaller projects and be the face of Holidu at various events.

Preferred but not necessarily required: Experience in sales or customer service, travel industry, or online business.
Near-native German language skills and fluent English.
Valid driver's license (class B).
