As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our expansion strategy, focusing on prospecting and qualifying outbound leads from small to mid-market companies, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting with the initial client onboarding process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners
- Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads
- Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research
- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success
Qualifications:
- Resilience and Persistence: A proven ability to maintain a positive outlook and continue pursuing goals despite obstacles, particularly in a cold-calling environment.
- Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: We are looking for high-potential individuals, including sales professionals, and recent/soon-to-be graduates eager to launch a career in sales.
