As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our expansion strategy, focusing on prospecting and qualifying outbound leads from small to mid-market companies, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting with the initial client onboarding process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads
  • Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads
  • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success

Qualifications:

  • Resilience and Persistence: A proven ability to maintain a positive outlook and continue pursuing goals despite obstacles, particularly in a cold-calling environment.
  • Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: We are looking for high-potential individuals, including sales professionals, and recent/soon-to-be graduates eager to launch a career in sales.
  • Compelling Storyteller: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a history of being able to connect with, influence, and convince diverse groups of people and customers.
