Description
As an Account Manager at Holidu, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-performing hosts in Bavaria. You will be their strategic business partner, working closely with them to drive revenue growth and increase bookings.
Your role will involve analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for optimizing listings, advising on pricing and availability, and ensuring your partners maximize bookings and revenue.
You will work independently to launch targeted email campaigns to activate and develop your accounts. You will also organize host events to build a strong regional network and strengthen relationships with our partners.
You will work closely with our sales managers to onboard new hosts, ensuring their listings are optimized, successfully listed, and aligned with growth goals.
You will exchange best practices and knowledge with DACH and international account managers to ensure a seamless transfer of knowledge within the Holidu community.

Requirements include:
- Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and friendly in all situations
- Customer-centric, problem-solving, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and the travel industry
- Proficiency in German and English
