Compensation
$144K – $160K • Offers Equity
The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If the role is non-exempt, overtime pay will be provided consistent with applicable laws. In addition to the salary range listed above, total compensation also includes generous equity, performance-related bonus(es) for eligible employees, and the following benefits.

OpenAI’s Enterprise Go-To-Market organization helps the world’s largest companies adopt and scale our AI platform across their business,from ChatGPT Enterprise to our developer platform and APIs.
About the Role
This role is designed as a launchpad for future enterprise sellers at OpenAI. This is a highly strategic role with significant exposure to enterprise sales, product, and customer strategy. You’ll develop core skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while building a deep understanding of how leading companies adopt AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
- Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
- Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
- Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
- Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification
What You May Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, or in strategic customer-facing roles in the finance or consulting industry
- Have a track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
- Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)
- Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to build credibility with senior C-Suite stakeholders across an organization, and speak fluently with technical buyers
- Strong interest in the AI landscape with the ability to connect OpenAI products to real customer value and business outcomes
- You enjoy evangelizing new technology and helping the market understand what’s possible
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly, and operating well with a high degree of ownership
