Description
We are seeking a technico-commercial sedentary employee to support our industrial sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an existing client portfolio
- Follow up on email campaigns, promotions, and e-shop development
- Assist in segmenting and targeting clients based on defined parameters (distribution channel, buying behavior, purchase history, etc.)
- Participate in creating and presenting commercial offers
- Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and propose improvement actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools for customer relationship management and sales tracking
- Commercial argumentation skills for presenting products and services
- Ability to use office software for administrative tasks
Knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various industrial sectors is an asset.
Functional Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, particularly telephone skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Analytical skills for understanding customer needs and proposing adapted solutions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the commercial team
- Customer-oriented approach for ensuring maximum satisfaction and developing long-term relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Technico-commercial training
- First experience in sales to industrial clients
- Good mastery of French, both spoken and written
- Professional understanding of English
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities
- Rapid learning ability and adaptability to market and product changes
