Description
We are seeking a VIE - Sales Performance Analyst to join our Commercial Department, within the B2B and Indirect Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in creating, automating, and sharing commercial reports, as well as analysing sales and tracking budgets for the Indirect Sales and Customer Service teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing analytical and operational support to the Indirect Sales and Customer Service teams
Assist the Indirect Sales and Customer Service teams on a daily basis by producing ad-hoc analyses, tracking performance, managing operational requests, and ensuring data accuracy and key indicators.
- Managing reporting, budgeting, and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards
Design, maintain, and optimize automated reports and Power BI dashboards to ensure reliable tracking of KPIs, revenue objectives, and budget data, while supporting decision-making for various stakeholders.
- Managing and improving data flows and reference tables
Maintain and evolve databases, data flows, and reference tables (master files, POS mapping, integration of revenue targets), in collaboration with the BI and business teams, to ensure consistency, quality, and performance of reporting tools.
- Developing automation and disseminating business insights
Contribute to automating reporting and communication processes (newsletters, dashboards, analyses), produce market and revenue performance analyses, and develop customer and business insights using advanced analytical approaches and innovative data-driven solutions based on AI.
