Junior Project Manager International Sales

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager International Sales to join our team at LUBRICANT CONSULT GmbH, a leading manufacturer of special lubricants and lubrication systems. As a Junior Project Manager, you will initiate and conduct projects, ensure target achievement, and maintain relationships with international customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and conduct projects, ensuring target achievement
• Maintain and expand relationships with international customers and business partners
• Support project planning and execution, providing technical advice for new projects in assigned segments or regions
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines
• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in various countries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as a contact person for customers, actively participating in customer management and strategic account acquisition

Requirements:

• Completed technical or business studies (e.g., chemistry, engineering, business administration)
• Initial professional experience in a technical sales position, ideally in an international environment, preferably in the chemical industry, mechanical engineering, or rail/automotive supply sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, engaged, goal-driven, independent thinker and actor with prioritization and responsibility skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office software
• Ability to recognize market opportunities and proactively implement them in sales projects
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50%)
