General Manager - UK

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our UK operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our UK country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute our UK country strategy
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
• Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the UK

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
• Background in consulting and sales
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises
• Owner mentality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Established professional network across the UK enterprise and B2B landscape
