Your tasks and responsibilities:
Support daily administrative and organisational tasks within the team. Assist with data preparation, documentation, and maintaining records (e.g. lists, trackers, templates). Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, summaries, and simple reports. Support ongoing projects with research and ad-hoc tasks (e.g. HR Compass EMEA, EU equal pay act). Act as a reliable point of support for operational questions.
Your profile:
Enrolled student at a recognised university (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style. Confident with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good communication skills in English (German is a plus, depending on scope). Ability to work independently after initial onboarding. Interest in gaining practical experience in a professional, international environment.
