Senior Technical Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will own full-cycle recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate journey/experience.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will:

• Source and recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Create scalable strategic sourcing methodology leveraging talent data.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Mentor and coach recruiters and other team members.
• Collect and analyze data on recruiting funnels, and make recommendations about how to improve processes.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a technical recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware-focused roles.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Distinguish between top 50% and top 5% of talent within their respective fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional organisational skills and great follow-through on tasks.

What we offer:

• Base pay: $110,000-$155,000 USD.
