We are seeking an apprentice HR Mission Officer to join our team at FUCHS Lubricant France, a leading player in the lubrication industry.
As an apprentice HR Mission Officer, you will work within a supportive and experienced HR team, participating in various missions such as recruitment, integration, training, payroll, and cross-functional HR projects. You will be guided by the HR Manager and the Director of Human Resources, while contributing to the HR transformation of an international industrial group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting talents from their arrival, managing temporary workers, and ensuring job offers are properly disseminated
- Actively participating in the recruitment process, including CV screening and interviews
- Preparing contracts and monitoring recruitment files
- Contributing to payroll data entry and daily HR administration
- Developing future competencies by organizing and tracking 2026 training plans via SKILLUP
- Managing relationships with training organizations and OPCO
- Participating in the construction of the 2027 plan, gathering needs, consolidation, and budgeting
- Rethinking HR processes and tools with the team
- Working on job and competency mapping
- Providing support to employees on their HR-related queries
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be a student in your third or fourth year of study in HR or Social Law
- Be curious, structured, autonomous, and good listener
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient in Word and Excel, ideally with SAP, Nibelis, or Skillup experience
- Have a good level of written and spoken English
