Description
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and executing all recruiting systems as directed by management
- Administering the agent referral program
- Tracking and documenting recruiting activities using designated systems
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing agent candidates using company-approved methods
- Building and maintaining networking sources and centres of influence
- Participating in career fairs, seminars, and professional organisations
- Implementing passive recruiting strategies including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling
- Recommending improvements to recruiting and selection processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience
- Compensation fundamentals
- Labour market knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English Proficiency
Systems & Tools:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): 1–3 years
- Microsoft Excel: 1–3 years
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
