Description

Ford Energy is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to lead the Employee Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving employee relations issues, developing and implementing communication strategies, and providing guidance on policies and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to implement standardized recruitment processes and design comprehensive onboarding programs
  • Coach manufacturing leaders on effective communication practices and leadership techniques
  • Apply lean methodologies to drive operations to best-in-class levels
  • Implement comprehensive recognition and reward systems, workforce planning strategies, and initiatives that promote employee engagement and professional development
  • Lead and inspire a diverse HR team by fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment
  • Develop and maintain a robust communication framework to facilitate regular, transparent, and constructive dialogue between employees and management
  • Oversee resolution of employee issues, including conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters
  • Co-create and manage innovative workforce policies and practices to meet the evolving needs of the workforce and business
  • Oversee and conduct investigations, ensuring all disciplinary issues and employee complaints are handled in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overnights
