Trainer - Product, Brand and Service Training Team

Diversity matters at Lush, where we're building a brand that represents the people of the world. We're looking for a Trainer to join our Retail Training Team to inspire and empower colleagues to become product and brand experts, captivating storytellers, and joyful daymakers.

As a Trainer, you'll help create, deliver, or co-host inspiring in-person training experiences around the UK and Ireland. You'll ensure training has a lasting impact through follow-up, shop visits, and collaboration with wider teams. You'll also coordinate the creation of, or create, maintain, and share engaging product and brand training in various formats.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, delivering, or co-hosting in-person training experiences
• Ensuring training has a lasting impact
• Coordinating product and brand training creation
• Consulting with Inventors and Category experts to determine key training messages
• Creating, delivering, or co-hosting virtual training sessions
• Monitoring sales data, trends, and insights to develop understanding of product, brand, and service training needs
• Sharing experience and skills to support peer development
