Talent Management Lead 1 year contract

We are seeking a Talent Management Lead to join our team in Tokyo for a 1-year contract. As a Talent Management professional, you will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. You will also communicate frequently in Japanese and English with local & global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees
• Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Develop and implement engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with local & global stakeholders to achieve organisational goals

Requirements

• Strong recruiting, onboarding, and training skills
• Capability in managing performance evaluations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Experience in the entertainment or gaming industry is a plus
