About this role

As our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial part in shaping Mistral's adoption with our largest customers across various industries. You will be responsible for driving deals end-to-end, from initial prospecting to closing and beyond, in collaboration with our dedicated implementation specialist, tech, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of strategic outbound and qualified inbound leads
  • Convert inbound deals by upselling or negotiating more bespoke agreements
  • Validate the value proposition for customers through hands-on support and guidance during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase
  • Leverage successful POC outcomes to convert them into long-term, revenue-generating contracts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into valued customers
  • Manage customer negotiations end-to-end, involving customer engineering, product, and commercial teams
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, heads of innovation/AI, and other key decision-makers within target organisations

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise sales or consultative selling, with a focus on complex, technical products
  • Excellent academic record, including a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field
  • Experience at a successful fast-growing startup, ideally in deep-tech
  • Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions
  • Excellent English and French language skills, with additional languages such as German or Spanish being an asset
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
