What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing, developing, and nurturing business relationships with existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory or accounts.
- Identifying customer pain points and desired outcomes to position Synopsys solutions as the best fit, backed by relevant metrics and proof points.
- Conducting sales activities via both face-to-face meetings and remote communications, including calls, emails, and video conferences.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive account plans that highlight opportunities for growth and value delivery.
- Researching and qualifying new prospects while expanding the company’s reach within current accounts.
- Developing clear, effective proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
- Coordinating with marketing, technical, and legal teams to deliver seamless sales experiences and solutions.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and renewal revenue projections to management.
- Participating in industry trade shows, conventions, and organizing customer seminars to generate new business leads.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or related field; or 5+ years of successful technical sales experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis, technology, and business fundamentals.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong communication abilities in both languages.
- Proven success in technical sales roles, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
