You will play a central role in presenting and coordinating vehicles, actively contributing to the professional overall appearance of our site.
You will be part of an engaged team that works closely between Sales and After Sales. As an important interface, you will ensure smooth operations, actively support the sales team, and bring your ideas into process optimisations and projects. Collaboration is not just promised, but lived here.
Your working day will be varied, practical, and far from boring. Whether it's representative vehicle positioning in the showroom and outdoor area, proactive rearrangement of stock and customer vehicles, or supporting events, your day will be filled with different tasks.

You will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility and coordination of representative vehicle positioning in the showroom and outdoor area
- Interface function between Sales and After Sales
- Proactive rearrangement of stock and customer vehicles
- Accompanying process optimisation and project work in collaboration with the Sales Assistant
- Collection and delivery of customer vehicles to support the sales team
- Regular updates and checks of: award-winning vehicles, type plates, and mandatory information of exhibition vehicles
- Weekly reports
- Support in preparing and following up customer events

You will identify with the following tasks:
- Gesamtverantwortung und Koordination einer repräsentativen Fahrzeugpositionierung im Showroom und der Außendarstellung
- Schnittstellenfunktion des Sales und After Sales
- Proaktives Rangieren von Bestands- und Kundenfahrzeugen
- Begleitung von Prozessoptimierung und Projektarbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit der Assistenz Verkauf
- Hol- und Bringservice von Kundenfahrzeugen zur Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams
- Regelmäßige Aktualisierung und Überprüfung von: Auszeichnungspreisen, Typenschildern, Pflichtangaben der Ausstellungsfahrzeuge
- Wöchentliche Reportings
- Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenveranstaltungen

- Education: You are in a full-time study of business administration or are taking a comparable course.
- Personality: You are independent, willing to take on tasks, and flexible. You are a communicative person with a high hands-on mentality. You are absolutely trustworthy, have a friendly appearance, and are contact-friendly.
- Work style: You are an organisational talent with a super coordination ability. You have a safe and professional handling of vehicles. Time management is no problem for you.
- Driving licence: You have a driving licence class B and are a safe driver.
- Enthusiasm: You are passionate about your work and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
