Description

We are seeking an experienced Federal Regional (Air Force) DOD Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our Federal team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy in your territory that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Your primary focus will be on the Air Force, and you will be expected to identify and qualify leads, generate new Air Force opportunities, and achieve quota on a quarterly and annual basis. You will also be responsible for building strategic working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of face-to-face contact, and analyzing potential sales opportunities using data analysis and segmented research.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, maintain a client database, and stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of at least 3x revenue target and clearly explaining the value proposition and goals of the Forward Networks solution.

Requirements for this role include a clear Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Fed DOD Sales with Air Force experience. You will also need to have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in technology sales, a deep understanding of the networking and security industry, and excellent communication and listening skills.
