As a Key Account Manager - Aftermarket, you will be responsible for growing the Aftermarket business by utilizing market research, marketing, and sales tools, and developing an overall strategy to grow the business. You will acquire new accounts and grow existing base, work with distributor management & their representatives to focus on FUCHS within designated sales territory, and identify and understand customer needs, and evaluate business fit while applying a solutions-based approach to selling to obtain RFQs and/or other commercial opportunities.
You will need to have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing, and a minimum of 3 years experience in sales in the aftermarket space. You should be a decision maker with negotiation skills, willing to work under pressure, and have a hunter mentality and proven track record of developing current business and prospecting to develop new business.
The salary for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 per year, and you will be eligible to earn a quarterly commission based on performance. You will also have access to a comprehensive suite of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
