Description
We are looking for a Bezirksleiter (m/w/d) for our region in Saarland, Luxemburg & Raum Trier. As a Bezirksleiter, you will be responsible for technical consulting and customer support, as well as active new customer acquisition. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement customer-specific solutions. Your tasks will also include market and competition analysis, as well as independent planning and execution of customer visits.
Our ideal candidate has a technical background, such as a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in the industry is a plus. You should have knowledge of lubricants and/or technical cleaners, as well as strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex products in a clear and concise manner.
As a Bezirksleiter, you will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with short decision-making paths.
