Description

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our Danish Customer Engagement Centre. As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will work directly with our customers and partners to ensure they receive the help and information they need. You will be responsible for interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will also provide support and assistance to customers by coordinating vehicle-related issues through our channels and service network. Additionally, you will represent Polestar at planned customer events and handle all customer activities in a timely and consistent manner with global KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer engagement skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to collaborate with others. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have a natural ability to communicate effectively with customers. Flexibility and proactivity are essential for success in this role.

We are looking for someone with more than six months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a position that involves working with customers over the phone, in-store, or online. You should be methodical and comfortable working with digital platforms. You should also be able to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.
