UX Designer, Monetization

About the Role

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our Monetization team. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiences that power sustainable growth for creators, viewers, and Twitch itself.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data partners to design monetization experiences that balance business goals with creator and viewer trust.
• Think creatively about how to solve problems that will sustain streamers' monetization journey on Twitch.
• Contribute to the design community at Twitch by using and improving existing patterns and approaches.
• Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in UX design with an emphasis on content discovery and/or content engagement experiences.
• Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills including experience with prototyping mobile experiences.
• Demonstrated skills collaborating closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
• Expertise with Figma.
• Experience in E-Commerce/Monetization.
