Designer Advocate - Figma Weave (New York, United States)

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

The Designer Advocate will be a Workflow Builder, working at the intersection of art and technology, showing how AI and human creativity can flow together inside Figma Weave.

Responsibilities:

• Enable Figma Weave users at scale: produce standard methodology guides, create resources, and host live streams
• Sales enablement: join sales demos to explain the product and share standard methodologies
• Motivate and empower the community: maintain relationships with users and find opportunities to collaborate
• Events: speak regularly at meet ups and conferences
• Advocate for users with the product team: share product feedback from the community

Requirements:

• Experience with node-based systems
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Deep understanding of post-production, design systems, motion graphics, VFX, or creative automation
• Technical creative background with attention to detail and end-to-end project execution
• Ambitious and adaptable, thriving on iteration and comfortable with travel (up to 25%)
