Instructional Designer

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective digital training content for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and other creative authoring programs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.
• Create high-quality graphics, animations, and media assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Developers, Training and Adoption Managers, and subject matter experts to storyboard and script course content.
• Assist in refining learner-facing training materials and testing eLearning files for functionality.
• Maintain project documentation and version control across all content assets.
• Support continuous improvement of digital content by analyzing learner feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing eLearning content in a corporate, technical, or defense-related environment.
• Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with defense, aerospace, or technical systems.
• Exposure to 3D modeling or VR development tools.
• Experience working in or alongside LMS platforms.

Salary Range: $98,000-$148,000 USD
