CX Learning Experience Designer

As a CX Learning Experience Designer at Dialpad, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional learning experiences crucial to the ongoing success of our CX team and Dialpad University (DPU).

You will be responsible for executing the next iteration of our Support team's New Hire Training program, our 'Upskilling' program, and smaller, individualized training solutions that address identified gaps and align with our organization's goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze learning needs and objectives to design effective learning experiences.
• Create engaging, interactive, and accessible multimedia and instructional learning content.
• Apply adult learning principles and theories to design learner-centric training solutions.
• Integrate multimedia content with LMS capabilities to create cohesive online learning experiences.
• Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and evaluation data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
• Oversee LMS management and administration.
• Monitor learner progress and generate reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, multimedia development, instructional design, and LMS administration.
• Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
