Head of Sales Industry Region Germany West (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Head of Sales Industry Region Germany West to join our team in Mannheim, Germany. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for steering and coordinating the regional sales activities in the industry segment of industrial lubricants and specialties. Your main tasks will include:

• Leading a team of sales representatives
• Sales and revenue responsibility within the business unit
• Planning and implementing marketing and sales strategies
• Managing key customer relationships, including international customers

Requirements:

• Technical or commercial education background, e.g., degree in mechanical engineering, economics, or related field
• Several years of management and leadership experience
• Proven success in selling technical products
• Conceptual working style and project experience
• Customer-oriented thinking and behavior
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English language skills meeting the requirements of an internationally oriented company
• Familiarity with the lubricant industry is desirable
• Willingness to travel regularly
