Description
We are recruiting for an experienced cleaner/car park operative based in Salisbury. The main duties of your role will be to oversee the computer car park system, deal with customers face to face, over intercom system and phone call systems, sort out problems with car park pay stations, assist customers with queries and issues, liaise with the Control Room, respond to alarms, keep high standards of cleanliness around the car park including litter picking and operational ride on equipment, carry out cleaning & re-stocking supplies in public toilet, control stock levels of car park tickets and replenish tickets in the ticket machines when necessary, report any fault to car park equipment, report any breaches to security of vehicles, and carry out other duties as may be directed from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to remain calm under pressure, good communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships, excellent attention to detail, a customer focused approach, a proactive/can do attitude to work, the ability to work on own initiative and take full responsibility of role, and the ability to follow process/instructions.
