Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Logistics Manager to lead our logistics and customer service operations in Panama. As a Customer Service and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain from service partners to end customers on a national basis, providing a single point of contact for customers regarding finished goods and visibility items.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing logistics capacities and resources
- Developing and maintaining customer collaboration programs
- Ensuring top-quality products and compliance with regulations
- Reviewing and improving logistical networks and processes
- Leading and developing a high-performing logistics and customer service team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service in a multinational environment
- Deep understanding of the logistics market and experience managing multiple logistics providers
- Strong negotiation, project management, and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, and IA tools
