Job Overview

Join Twilio as a Staff Engagement Manager in a remote role based in Colombia. The Enterprise Engagement team in ET serves as the single intake and engagement point between ET and the rest of Twilio, leading relationships with internal stakeholders to understand key business problems and partnering with Product Management and Business System Analyst teams to analyze and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Analyze business problems to determine their value-driven relevance for further solution analysis.
  • Manage relationships with internal ET teams, including Product Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Services, to drive problem statements through solution analysis and manage business roadmaps.
  • Act as a conduit between ET and Twilio stakeholders, handling queries on business problems, ROI analysis, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively communicate business problems and trends to the wider Enterprise Engagement team.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics resulting from provided solutions, ensuring alignment with OKRs, security improvements, and overall business transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Understand the difference between identifying a problem and a solution, focusing on underlying issues.
  • Able to be the voice of stakeholders, striving to understand their challenges.
  • Comfortable communicating good and bad news to leaders and peers.
  • Focus on problems, staying calm under challenges.
  • Solid understanding of Business Analysis and Product Ownership, producing relevant artifacts.
  • Strong technical skills to converse credibly with engineers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • High level of integrity and teamwork.
  • Resourcefulness in finding answers.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced or Bilingual level).

Desired:

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Experience working with leaders across teams within an organization.
  • Demonstrated insight in building processes and navigating bureaucracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with Scrum practices.

Location and Travel

  • This role is remote, based in Colombia.
  • Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
