Senior Demand & Supply Planner, Connected Warfare

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to join its Planning team. The successful candidate will have a key role in managing material flow throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers.

The Senior Demand & Supply Planner will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identifying and resolving supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Working with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Reporting on and analyzing supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Developing and maintaining processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Driving strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple internal and external parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical expertise, including the ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if necessary.
