Regional Train and Advise Lead, Middle East

Anduril Industries is seeking an exceptional Regional Train and Advise Lead with deep cultural competence in the Middle East region.

This unique role bridges command and staff level advising with hands-on technical deployment, integration, training, and operational support. You will ensure the successful implementation, strategic adoption, and sustained utilization of advanced Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion systems across critical stakeholders throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive technical training tailored for Middle East military users at all levels
• Conduct operational needs assessments to identify training requirements and capability gaps
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with military leadership and end-users
• Provide operational advisory support on mission planning and system utilization
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert, identifying emerging opportunities and risks
• Support rapid system deployment in austere environments and troubleshoot technical issues
• Gather and translate field feedback into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Mission Operations, Engineering, Product, and Growth teams

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic required
• Demonstrable experience operating within the Middle East region
• Extensive experience navigating complex interagency and cross-cultural environments
• Demonstrated success in building high-level relationships with government and military staff
• Experience leading and conducting training for militaries in the region
• Familiarity with training design and delivery
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Middle East region and internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a foreign area officer or military advisory group
• Expertise in Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities
• Experience with Air Defense technology and autonomous systems
• Formal education in engineering, security studies, or international relations
