Description
As a Logistics Planning & Warehouse Management Intern at Porsche Leipzig GmbH, you will gain comprehensive insights into cross-functional spare parts management and non-production material supply at the Leipzig plant. You will actively contribute to ensuring the availability of required non-series and spare parts.
You will work in an environment where transparent planning processes, efficient spare part strategies, and modern warehouse and system solutions are at the forefront. At the same time, you will support us in preparing for the introduction of a new Warehouse Management System and learn first-hand how we further develop spare parts logistics technologically and organisationally.
Your tasks will include:
- Assisting with planning tasks in the area of non-series and spare parts logistics
- Supporting the preparation for the introduction of a new Warehouse Management System
- Taking on your own (partial) projects in the logistics environment
Requirements:
- Studying (business) engineering, (business) informatics, or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on logistics or production
- At least 3 semesters of study experience
- Initial practical experience in a logistical environment or production processes desirable
- Safe handling of MS Office, data management
- Structured, independent working style as well as very good German language skills in writing and speaking
