Description
As a Customer Success Specialist at Dialpad, you will be instrumental in addressing complex customer challenges with creative solutions and driving process improvements.
You will lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad's customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building positive, trusted relationships with customers
- Acting as the voice of the customer within Dialpad
- Developing and overseeing customer adoption, training, and best practices
- Managing customer escalations and churn risks
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success
- Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
