Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team at Adler Evo srl in Santhià, Italy. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the inventory of raw materials necessary for production supply, monitoring and implementing Corporation policies, and collaborating in planning and developing procedures and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and maintaining the inventory of raw materials necessary for production supply
• Monitoring, implementing, and adapting Corporation policies regarding your area of responsibility
• Collaborating in planning and developing procedures and objectives
• Resolving any arising problems or customer complaints related to logistic activities
• Maintaining an effective communication system regarding materials and shipments, both within the company and with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring the updating of databases and systems related to materials management
• Ensuring compliance with Safety and Health regulations in your area of competence

You will also be responsible for production scheduling and capacity management, warehouse management, transportation management, and rent container management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in logistics management
• Experience in T1 Automotive manufacturing environment
• Degree in engineering or logistics related discipline is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of ERP
• Project management skills with experience in managing and driving change
• Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and build strong working relationships
• High level of written and spoken English
• Leadership and team-player attitude
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to function in fast-paced environment
